AGLIOLIOLIOLIO

Spaghetti Aglio e Olio: Sauteed garlic and olive oil, fresh basil, red pepper flakes and parmesan.

Pastini is a local Portland Italian chain. It's cheap, simple dining, like Italian fast food. Except a tad classier. It's always pretty good though for a hearty no nonsense meal.

Totally random, but I ended up finding this through the Prometheus Brown blog. Anyway, I live in Portland - if you want some kick-ass Aglio Olio, you've got to hit up Piazza Italia (on 13th and Johnson, in the Pearl). Go for lunch - it's around $8 and so ridiculously good. The bread and olive oil alone is worth a visit.
